New Group Starting January 26th: Moving from Self-Critic to Self-Esteem

Do you put others before yourself? Ever feel overwhelmed yet struggle to ask for help? Do you notice that you have plenty of compassion for others, yet are unable to apply compassion to yourself? Recovery is more than abstinence, and this group will focus on self-care, mutual support, and practicing new coping skills in a safe, supportive environment.
This is an 8-week women’s therapy group for individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. Our group will include experiential therapy and it is ideal for women who attend individual therapy and/or community recovery (12-step, Refuge Recovery, Smart Recovery, etc.) and who wish to carve out time in their week to restore energy and grow from positive connections to w omen. Space is limited to 8-10 individuals. Cost is $40 per group.
