  •  You’re overwhelmed by all of the information (and misinformation) around healthy eating
  •  You think you don’t like, or don’t know how to ‘eat healthy’
  • You’ve heard about, and possibly tried many different diets and are unsure of what way of eating is best

  • The importance of individualized eating
  • How to shift out of a processed food diet
  • Simplifying what eating well looks like on a daily basis
  • Why I don’t recommend counting calories or measuring portions

What I find most exciting about nutrition, is that a few simple, easy and affordable changes can have a profound affect on how you feel. You can work on the cause of your health symptoms, and not just try to silence the symptoms. The more you take care of your body, through healthy diet and lifestyle choices, the better it will take care of you.”
