Reiki*

Reiki*

Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the practitioner can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

Chakra Work

Chakra Work

Chakras are energy centers that help conduct the flow of energy throughout the body. When chakras are blocked or have too much energy, it can result in illness, anxiety, depression, and other maladies.  Specific exercises and/or Reiki can help relieve imbalanced energy flow through chakras.

Hypnosis

Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a state of highly focused attention or concentration, often associated with relaxation, and heightened suggestibility.  It seems many people are much more open to helpful suggestions while under hypnosis than they usually are.

Music

Music

Music has a unique capacity to transform our mood, take us back to some of the most meaningful moments in our lives, and elicit emotion. When used in therapy, it can act as a tool for empathy, connection and a deep level of self-awareness.

Running*

Running*

By combining running with mindfulness techniques, we can work to achieve a mental state that will assist with accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations without judgement while strengthening the skill of being present.
