Candice Howarth is a Health and Wellness Educator and Personal Chef who has been working with individuals and groups since 2012. After studying at Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition is Berkley California, and running her business for 5 years in San Francisco, she recently relocated to Chicago where she hopes to bring delicious, nourishing foods to her community in the Midwest. As a former picky eater who has grown to enjoy all kinds of foods, she loves working with individuals that are looking to change their diets, and their relationship with food. “Through diet, we are given the power, and the responsibility, to positively influence our health. What I find most exciting about nutrition, is that a few simple, easy and affordable changes can have a profound affect on how you feel. You can work on the cause of your health symptoms, and not just try to silence the symptoms. The more you take care of your body, through healthy diet and lifestyle choices, the better it will take care of you.” www.candicehowarth.com
